How did you hear about the Snow Angels program?

Are you at least 18 years of age? Note that note being 18 or older does not preclude you from being a Snow Angel, it just determines some of the questions we ask.

Do you have a Police Record Check from within the past 6 months?

If no or unsure, are you willing to obtain a Police Record Check? Note, there is an upfront cost but ARCA will reimburse you.

Unfortnately the willngness to obtain a Police Record Check is required of all Snow Angel volunteers age 18 and older. Thank you for your interest in this program, should you decide you are willing to obtain a Police Record Check at a later date you are welcome to apply again at that time. Thank you!
