Seniors Chair Yoga is a movement-based program that incorporates stretching, meditation, coordination, mindfulness, strength and endurance in a safe and supportive setting.
Our wonderful and multi-certified instructor Diana will walk you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the body while relaxing the mind. This class is Ideal for individuals who need the comfort and/or safety of seated exercise though all ability levels are welcome!

Tai Chi is a fitness program that employs slow and fast intentional movements, breathing techniques, and a rich array of cognitive tools to relax, center, and strengthen the body and mind. Tai Chi is practiced for health, personal development, and self-defense. In this class, you will be introduced to the fundamental principals of Tai Chi and learn a foundational set of movements to strengthen your skills.
